I wouldn’t change any part of my past because it would change who I am today. Maybe that would be for the better, but I’m comfortable with the person I am. I need to improve a lot, and, I’ve missed out on a lot of opportunities, but I’m stronger now.
Anyway, wasting time with what-ifs and dreaming about the past is too easy. You can learn lessons from the past, but you can’t change anything. Too much time thinking about the past leads to depression, and too much time worrying about the future causes anxiety. Staying in the present moment is best.
