Gaelynn Lea is an amazing woman.
Go check out a few of her songs (here and here), and listen to her in an interview/read this piece. I’ve never met her, but one day, I hope to be Gaelynn-Lea-level awesome. She’s talented, intelligent, and good at being a human being. (To clarify what “good at being a human being” could possibly mean, she gives the impression that she’s kind and understanding toward others, and able to take challenges in stride. Not too many of us have mastered this.)
We need more Gaelynn Leas in this world.
